My name is Natalie Barletta, and I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism in December of 2016. Throughout my time as a reporter, I’ve written for the “Hamden Journal” (as well as was the Copy Editor), “The Odyssey,” “College Fashionista,” and was the Opinions Editor and Copy Editor at “Southern News.”
My experiences writing for those many publications had really helped me discover that I want to use my voice as a writer to truly make a difference in the world.
That is how this blog was born.
This blog is about mental health, positive thinking, and anxiety. I myself have anxiety, and have struggled with its effects throughout college. My main goal with this blog is to remind those who deal with anxiety is that they are not alone. However, I do strive to expand my horizons in what I write about, so I’ll often discuss relationships, politics and some other topics that I am passionate about in the moment.
